Order status
Track Your Order
A practical order-status guide for NILZEX shoppers, including what tracking messages mean and when to contact support.
How tracking works
After an order is processed, tracking information may be provided by email or through the sales channel used for purchase. A tracking number can show label creation before the carrier has completed the first physical scan.
Carrier updates may pause while a package is moving between facilities. This does not always mean the package is lost; sometimes the next scan appears closer to the destination.
Common tracking messages
Messages such as label created, in transit, out for delivery, delivery attempted, or delivered are controlled by the carrier. If a package shows delivered but is missing, check nearby delivery spots, building mail areas, neighbors, household members, and front-desk staff when applicable.
For carrier-specific explanations, the USPS FAQ center is a useful external reference.
When to contact NILZEX
Contact NILZEX if tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, the delivery address looks wrong, the package appears damaged, or the order contents do not match the confirmation.

Helpful details
Can NILZEX see more than the carrier shows?
Sometimes support can review order details, but carrier scans may still be the main source for in-transit updates.
What if tracking says delivered?
Check common delivery locations first, then contact support with your order details if the package cannot be found.
